Reiki is an ancient and alternative method of energy healing. Lie back and relax as Heather calls in the universal energy that will serve your highest good. She is a conduit for the energy transfer. You will be surprised at how much warmth you feel coming from her hands as she lays them over your body, to being careful to stop over each chakra for a healing to occur. You will leave your session feeling restored and renewed.

A wellness review, zyto scan and discussion with Heather will kick off an exploratory conversation about how to best integrate doTERRA supplements and essential oils, into your daily self-care routine that may support bringing back any imbalances found in the body. Further discussion and education about how these supplements and essential oils partner with western medicine.
Every "feeling" we have changes form and is stored somewhere in our body. Each feeling can either be healthy or not so healthy.
Essential Oils have been known, when diffused in the air, to lift our moods. They have also been known to, when taken internally, to help heal our bodies from the inside out. They have been used and studied for centuries to assist in healing various maladies. Some oils have an immediate affect and some, depending on how trapped a feeling is, can take more time to have an effect and heal us.
